    Does coaching work?

    Yes!  Through coaching you get the support, tools, confidence, knowledge and insight needed to make positive changes in your personal and professional life.

    Coaching work may include:  identifying your stressors and pressures; making changes to your circumstances; implementing effective coping tools and mechanisms; making changes to your responses, perceptions and the way you think about stress and your stressors.

    On average my clients have reported a 40% reduction in stress (measured via stress assessments completed before and after coaching).

    Is coaching for me?

    Coaching is future-focussed and results-oriented - if you want things to be different and are willing to make changes then coaching is for you.

    The people I work with include: professionals and business owners juggling work “to-do” lists alongside family and personal commitments; busy homemakers balancing never-ending demands of family and home and trying to find time for themselves; and stressed students facing study deadlines, social pressures and next-step planning.

    What is a Discover Coaching session?

    Your Discover Coaching session is a chance for us to explore what you want to tackle through coaching.  It is also an opportunity for you to find out more about coaching and to meet me - your potential new coach, Nikki Watters.

    The aim is that you gain the information you need to decide if coaching is the right option and whether I’m the right coach for you.

    Your Discover Coaching session will last around 45 minutes to an hour and can be in person, via Skype or over the telephone - whichever you prefer.

    They are completely free - and there is no obligation to start coaching.

    I was at a crossroads in my life, both loved and hated my job which was causing sleepless nights and ill health.
