When you are feeling stressed and overwhelmed it is often hard to imagine that there’s a way out which doesn’t involve just running away and setting up camp on a far-off beach!
But – I have worked with lots of people who have felt this way, and together we have found out what works for them to manage stress and make life much, much better.
Symptoms of stress

If you are stressed or overwhelmed, you may be experiencing some of the following:

  • Being easily frustrated, short-tempered or over-reacting
  • Feeling overwhelmed by how much you have to do or by the size of the challenges you face
  • Feeling it is all down to you and you have too many responsibilities, but no option other than to keep going
